Hanoi Garden Hotel & Spa

I stayed at Hanoi Garden Hotel and Spa for five nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter – close to everything, yet peaceful and charming. My room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious every day, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel made me feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Anna at the front desk, who made my stay extra memorable. She was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. She helped me solve several small issues a gave a lot of good advice during my stay in a way that was both kind and competent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi.

Hotel staff were amazing. Always ready to help and with a smile. Room very clean and bed linen and towels changed daily. Reception is happy to give tips/advice and arrange trips, taxi’s etc. Not too noisy but in the middle of the “Old Quarter” so everything is nearby. Frankly, hard to fault! Highly recommended!

*Perfect location, warm and friendly staff* The hotel is in a great location and everything you want to see in Hanoi is within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had great Vietnamese options. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Chloe who arranged our ride from the airport (we landed at 2am) and back, had a chat with us each day during breakfast, arranged our trip to Ha Long Bay and helped us with some friendly tips like where to find ATMs. In fact, all the staff members were kind and helpful, like the other daytime front office manager who helped us choose a day trip (to Ninh Binh) and the restaurant staff who even sliced and packed our fruits in a box for our day trip!

Lovely family run hotel in the heart of Hanoi old town, with all amenities within a minute walk, Banh Mi 25 just round the corner. Hotel with beautiful and tasty decor, rooms are clean, comfy bedding, breakfast are simple but no less than what I need to have a good start of the day, order to make scrambled eggs etc are really surprise me with the skill of the lady chef, 5* Friendly staffs not only takes care us in hotel but helping to organise wonderful cruise and all transport, I must give credit to Chloe, a lovely beautiful girl who really made our stage and tour a big difference, James, a handsome young man alway helpful and will ready a handy bags with bottle water and fruit everyday when we out for tours

Great location, excellent service. Chloe and Ben are very nice people, they went above and beyond and did everything we asked for. They also made us breakfast to go when we checked out 7 in the morning, which was really thoughtful and sweet.This hotel is at central location and very close to all the tourist attractions in Hanoi. They also have decent breakfast spread. Excellent spa service.Banh Mi 25 is just around the corner.I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family, couple, friends and solo travelers.
